Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Your query is not very clear.I will however answer your question in the best way you may get something that may help you
-You started with constipation.you never told us if constipation is still the problem till today.I will however say if the child is still constipated, you start by giving her enough fluids, fruits like soft pawpaw but avoid bananas that may constipate her more, add fibers to her diet.
-You finally mentioned that the child does not inform you when she wanna stool. At 3.5 years years, most children should be able to inform you when they wanna poo as children at this age can communicate well.Failure to do so may mean some Psychomotor retardation.I can not however conclude without seeing and examining the child.I will suggest you start with some home education and training. What i mean is you call her up regularly to pass out stool. if nothing comes out, no problem. You can use this to educate the child and she might get over it.The challenge here is that you are working and might not have enough time to do this everyday yourself. You may hire a Nani for it or the child's mother may if she is always available. If you do not succeed with this, you see the Pediatrician for evaluation.
Hope my answer will help you
Best regards
