General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Mainstay of treatment for contact dermatitis is with antihistamine pills, application of moisturizer, and corticosteroid cream.

Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Take tablet Levocetirizine.
2. Apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream over the affected regions twice a day.
3. Apply moisturizer cream over the lesions at bedtime.

Avoid exposure to the stimulant as it would exaggerate the symptoms and prevents from getting better. Gradually, you should be able to overcome the problem and be back to normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Ashakiran S
