Suggest Treatment For Continuous Coughing

i'm having a hard cough for a couple of days now and it triggers specially at night. For 2 days each time i wake up, and sneeze. There is blood in mucus a little nose bleed. It'll be clear after. And when i cough there is this annoying sound in my throat.

Hi welcome to health care magic..

First of all try to avoid excess cough as it can lead blood in sputum by trauma to respiratory tract. .

Excess cough can be from allergic or other form of bronchitis....

Your work up here needed with..
-CBC with AEC
-Chest x ray only if needed
-Auscultation

If rhonchi heard than deriphyllin tablet canbve given as bronchodilator..

If needed nebulization with salbutamol may given..

For congestion relief take benadryl.

If needed ambroxol containing syrup can be prescribed..

If total count high with neutrophila than antibiotic course needed

Drink more water

Excess fried food avoided

Take care

Consult pulmonologist for examination and further work up
