At your age hair fall can be related to genetically determined male patterned baldness or an infection of the scalp or poor nutrition.

I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them ketoconazole shampoo those who have dandruff followed minoxidil oil application with multivitamin and minerals supplements.
