Suggest Treatment For Continuous Runny Nose With Productive Cough?

Good Evening Doctor..I am 26 yer old male weighing 92kgs has continuous running nose with productive cough....actually sputum no cough but productive sputum when i try to expectorate ...this problem of continuous cold is present throuout the year....Kindly Advice.

Hi ,
I have read your query.
Your clinical history is suggestive of allergic rhino sinusitis .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop , plenty of fluid & Steroid nasal spray with antihistamine.
