Suggest Treatment For Continuous Vaginal Bleeding

My wife has delivered a baby 4 months back on 22 Jan2010. She has taken an Ipill on 12 April 2010 month back. From 20 April 2010 she started vaginal bleeding and it was not stoping. It only stops when she takes 6 tabs of "Primolute- N" in a day. Please advice is it right to take "Primolute- N" or any other treatements is required.
