Suggest Treatment For Controlling High Blood Sugar Levels

My grand mother is suffering from diabities now ,blood test during fast is 241 &after two hr lunch it increase upto 328 and her kidney is also effected so she is taking a medicine and injection. So I want to ask should she should given medicin or injection

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

The blood sugar levels you have mentioned are high, If this is the situation in more than 2-3 occasions, and HbA1c is higher indicates the doses of drugs being taken are not as per required. She need to take an increased dose of drug or injection.This is preferably should be done by the treating doctor.
