Dear dr my aunty age 54, has 3 vessel coronary artery disease.proximal lad has 30-40% lesion followd by discrete concentric 90%lesion in mid lad. diogonal d1 {1.25mm}is totally occluded after the mid portion .what do u advice cabg or angioplasty .plz reply
