Hello,

Dry eyes and rashes are commonly caused by dehydration, allergy to smoke, dust, pollutants, etc. It may also be indicative of atopic dermatitis and psoriasis. You are suggested to take adequate water to keep your vitals normal. Take non sedating antihistamines once daily for 5 days to ease discomfort. You can apply hydrocortisone ointment or cream to get relieve from itching. Take care of your hygiene, take bath regularly and apply calamine lotion, do not leave the skin dry.

For dry eyes, eye drops like I tone eye drops and tear plus eye drops also work well. For costochondritis and tendonitis, get clinically examined. Get X-ray, MRI and CT done to detect fracture, tendon tear, trauma etc. You can consult Physical therapists, stretch exercises can be done only when there is no tear. Tendon/ligament tear or trauma should heal first, it may require rest and analgesics to reduce inflammation and swelling. Take natural food that have pain relieving quality like turmeric, avocado, green tea, etc.

Heat or ice packs may help. To treat skin rash you should see a dermatologist, get skin culture done to get treated at the earliest. Get STD tests done to rule out any sexually transmitted disease. This is to stay on the safer side. Maintain correct posture while sleeping, walking or sitting. Take rest or breaks between work. Stop over exhausting yourself.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
