Suggest Treatment For Costochondritis

Hello. I have been having this costochondritis since many years and I have shown to many docs and taken pain killers and other non-steroidal drugs but it was of no use. The pain is from the sternum and upto the left nipple area and gets aggravated if touched and pressed in this area. Can you please suggest as to whom can I consult for this? I am a 38 year old male in Bangalore
