Suggest Treatment For Cottage Cheesy Vaginal Discharge

Hi. I am female and I have been experiencing a personal issue related to vaginal discharge. I thought it was probably a yeast infection so I, this morning, used my unopened terazol vaginal cream and inserted it. Now, I have an even bigger problem; the discharged has gotten the cottage cheesy look to it, plus it is a lime green color!

Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Cottage cheese discharge is characteristic for yeast infection. But other conditions like trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis can coexist. In such case greenish discharge can be there. A vaginal examination by a gynecologist and swab should be carried out to rule out the condition. Vaginal suppositories with combination of clindamycin and clotrimazole will be helpful for this.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
