Redness in the tonsillar region suggests inflammation of the tonsils.
Harsh
cough and difficulty in breathing suggests lower
respiratory tract infection and inflammation.
A clinical assessment of the pharynx and
larynx is required.
A X-ray chest is also required to look for any evidence of consolidation in the lung fields.
Antibiotic course is required to treat the infection.
In the meanwhile, you can take saline gargles to provide soothing effect on the throat.
Dryness of mouth can be associated with the inflammation in the tonsillar region.
Hemorrhoids also have to be assessed clinically.
Since, they have become painful surgical excision is required to treat the condition.
Consult your surgeon for clinical assessment and thus management.
