hi,i am 26yrs a pt. of ckd for 6mth,my rescent report,urea-44,cr-2.1,hb-9.8,urine culture-E.coli isolated,recently i hv persistent dry cough.i am taking,revlol-100mg od,retorlix-20mg od,moxovas-.2 bd selcal od,plz advice what to take for cough&uti,thanks

Hello,

You should do a urine culture and drug sensitivity. And the drug which is sensitive we have to give that. Do a chest x-ray, a sputum culture and sensitivity. Also, do a complete blood count.
