Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold During Pregnancy

My sister is 7 months pregnant and is now suffering from cough, cold and headache and constipation. The gynaecologist have prescribed calpol 650, rantac 150 and clavam 625 , duphalac syrup, Pan MPS , Autrin ,Ursocol 300, Neurobion forte , CCM Tablet , D vita- 60k. Is there anything else she should take and the constipation problem is making her uncomfortable and she also facing gastric all the time . What should be done? And she mostly wants to eat and drink chocolate milk( made of milk, corn starch, Coco powder and sugar ), dark chocolates , pizza, cake..... is it safe to give her this foods ? And also her report shows that she has vitamin - D deficiency.

It is due to some sort of chest infection for which you can take some antibiotic like Azithral or Moxikind-cv after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or anti-cold for fever, cold and chest discomfort. For cough you can take syrup asthakind or bro-zedex. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation.
