Suggest Treatment For Cough And Fever In A Child

Hi
I have a daughter of 19 months
She is having cold for last 10 days
We are giving T minic syrup regularly but it is not completely out.
Also yester night she felt cough and fever too
Do we need to give any antibiotics.....like zifi or sth else pls suggest

I really appreciate your concern this may not be due to any infection but this could be allergic condition and in pediatric age group this is self limiting seldom need any treatment and better to wait for some time every thing would be fine soon, hope this information, hava nice day.
