Suggest Treatment For Cough And Fever In A Child

My 8 year old son has had a fever since yesterday afternoon. I ve been getting his ibuprofen and even with it, it s still 103. He has a really congested cough, that he says makes it hard to breathe through his mouth (but he can breathe fine through nose) he s been laying down on the couch since yesterday afternoon. Should I take him to urgent care or wait until tomorrow if his condition doesn t worsen?

might be having viral infection or chronic bronchitis. consult pumunologist for clinical examination and investigation if recomanded. take tab paracetamol cold water head bath can be given to control fever. may require bronchodialator like tab deriphylin or bronchodyl syrup.
