Suggest Treatment For Cough And Fever

I am under treatment of post per cordial effusion since 10 may 14 after procedure done on 07 may and 08 may .akt 5 - 01 month akt 4 - 02 month completed on 12 Aug 14. Now Akt2 has started for an other three months ( R Conex 1OD) My pulse rate remains high 95 to 110 even after tab Ivanode 5mg 01bd. Further since last one and half month I am suffering from dry cough . No treatment has been effective. Pulmonologist Ent splist and cardiologist have seen but no diagnosis. Presently I have been on tab telekast F 01od since last 11 days. Some relief 50% have been achieved. Physician advised to continue for a month. Pl advise (1) cause of cough (2) There has been fever also 99 to 101 degree forenhite for almost 10- 15 days up to Aug 07. Tests CBC normal. Esr=06. Crop= 8( range ANA border line =1.04( rangeWhat is the reason if fever. From 08aug no fever but dry cough and sometimes productive cough intermittent persisting. Was it because of high RA factor. (3) before Koch s effusion my pulse rate was 72. My bp is 120/79. Weight 67.8 kg with height as 169cms age 52 years. How long this iVANODE to be continue ? (4) My RA factor is quite high. What is to b done for it my doctor did not give any treatment for it. He told to go for walk regularly at least one km or more.
