Suggest Treatment For Cough And Nasal Congestion

my daughter around 11 months old suffering cough with nasal congestion and loudly cough sounds like adultery with thicken discharge from nose and whizzing during breath for 3 days. Ambroxol has given to her but no improvement. Pls suggest me which is ideal for her to treat.
