Suggest Treatment For Cough And Sinus Infection
Hello. I ve been living communally with raft guides. I got a cough and a sinus thing and wasn t getting better due to being on and in the cold water. I took a z pack, and since I ve been done with it, I have not been on the water. I finished the z pack 4 days ago, and was feeling better, but now I feel feverish, I have a headache, and my cough is coming back.

Do you have this cold and sinus on cold weather also? I suggest you to take
1.T.Loratadine 5mg 1-0-1 for 5 days
2.T.Montelukast 10mg 0-0-1 for15 days
3.T.Amoxicillin/Clavulanic acid 875/125mg 1-0-1 for 7 days
4.Syrup Mucolyte 1-0-1 for 5 day
5.If symptoms didn`t subside Take X-Ray PNS and consult your ENT surgeon.
