Suggest Treatment For Cough And Urinary Incontinence Post A Hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy 6 years ago I m getting ready to be 35 when I cough, sneeze,laugh or bend over I have a good amount of urine just shot out and it has a foul smell too it. Also I feel like my body is always hurting. I am tried but can t sleep and when I sleep I don t want to wake up I feel like I m freezing but my body is sweating. And it s not getting any better this has been going on about 6 months now
