Suggest Treatment For Cough And Vomiting

HI,my son is 9months old and has a cough andfeels like the mucus is blocking but nothing comes from nose and is vomiting from last night.Taking only milk but bringing it out with mucus.CAN I GIVE HIM T-MINIC OR ASTHAKIN-P or amoxycilin. what is the dosage.pls reply.
