Suggest Treatment For Cough And Wheezing

Hi doctor,
I am Ramya. I live in California,US.For last few months I am suffering from cough in the night accompanied by wheezing. Sometimes it is bad and sometimes it is mild but I feel uncomfortable as to cough and control the wheezing and tried lot of remedies. Cough is accompanied with mucus.i started taking Bresol,Himalayas.but still the effect is not so good.daytime I don't feel this problem.only in the night time that too midnight it gets bad.can you suggest me what I should really do?

Coughing at night and wheezing are seen in asthma.

Asthma treatment involves: (1)avoiding any known triggers

(2)use of inhalers.

There are preventers (inhalers that prevent asthma attacks ) and relievers (inhalers that are used when asthma attacks occur).

Their use would reduce your symptoms.

Your GP would be able to start you on the appropriate inhalers.
