Suggest Treatment For Cough, Blocked Nose And Lightheadedness

My boyfriend is very sick and he refuses to see a doctor his symptoms in his words Coughing, drainage, stopped up nose, Light headed, fever i get really hot then really cold, pressure in my head and fatigue he was also coughing up blood last night. What do I do? Is this serious?

Hi..welcome to HCM..
He is having viral fever...give him tab aceclofinac with paracetamol combination three times a day after food and tab levocetrizine with fexofenidine one tab at night...give him fresh fruit juice like orange which helps for faster recovery...he needs rest...if getting worse take him to a GP... Wish him a speedy recovery....if any further quiery write me at health care magic...Dr Paparaja S
