Suggest Treatment For Cough, Chest Congestion And Running Nose In A Toddler

Hi 3 year old son has caugh and chest congestion along with mild running nose Paediatrician usually suggest ambrolite s 2.5ml thrice a day and cetrizine 3ml twice . But since he is out of station we consulted different doctor. He suggested ambrodil s 5ml and alaspan 5ml without considering his weight. What should I give now.
