hello, i have cough and colds for 3 days now, then i noticed an inflammation on my right nostril ( what do u call the part were hair doesnt grow? -thats the one). i think it is not pimple, my face hurts on that part (side of nose) when touched. i had headache this early night. what can i take?

Hello,

You have to take one course of antibiotics. Nasal decongestants are also helpful. Avoid pressing over the painful area.
