Suggest Treatment For Cough, Cold And Running Nose In A Child

Dear Doctor, My daughter 3 years 10 months old. She is having cold for the past one month(from sep 2022)Some times she is having cough also. I gave relent+, cherrycough syrup. But still there is no relief. Later i stopped giving syrups. It s not getting worse, but always having a cold, running nose is difficult to manage. Which medicine will give her a permanent solution?.
