Suggest Treatment For Cough & Cold

My son is 3 yrs 3 mts old he is always suffering from cold cough fever everymonth i am worried i stay in kuwait doc say that it is due to climate here his blood was taken in dec and everything was ok he is 16kg weight why is fever coming every month is it any major prb please let me know Thankyou

I can understand your concern.
Recurrent cough and cold in children can be due to asthma or viral infection (Influenza).
So better to consult pediatrician and get done clinical examination of respiratory system to rule out asthma.
If asthma is there then he needs inhaled bronchodilators and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS).
Another possibility is recurrent Influenza infection.
So better to give him annual Influenza vaccine. This will protect him for 1 year.
So better to first consult pediatrician and discuss all these.
