Suggest Treatment For Cough, Fever And Loss Of Appetite
Hi i have a 3.5 month old so he is currently teething his pediatrician said his bottom two teeth are coming in but i want to know if his symptoms are all caused by teething or something else? Also we have been introducing him to solids. Today he had maybe 2 fingertip portion of mash potatoes Symptoms: very fussy, cranky crying more than usual decrease in appetite runny nose, cough, drooling and biting had a fever of 101 by rectal and now he has a low body temp of 96.5 by rectal also has a really mild flat red rash on his face also he sometimes gets cold sweats at night have had them twice already

As per history do a full blood count with differential and record body temp every 6 hours up to 72 hours if infection found give antibiotics with cough syrup if no infection then no need of any antibiotics.keep breast feeding regularly up to 6 months.(Thanks)
