Suggest Treatment For Cough In 4 Month Old Baby?

Hi doctor, My baby is 4 month old. She is suffering from cold and cough. She is not able to breathe properly. I have given to Mucolite + Sinarest drops. But No solution for her cough. Also she was not going motion for past two days. Pl suggest me.
