Suggest Treatment For Cough In A Premature Baby
Hi Doctor, my son is 9 months old now. He was born premature in my 7th month of pregnancy. he was under incubation and treatments for about 53 days. He is fine now, he has been suffering from cold and so was advised to use T minic cold drops 10 drops thrice a day. and nasivion 2 drops in each nostril for blocked nose. his cold is controlled but the current issue is he started coughing. today is the third day of using the above medicines for cold. could u please suggest me the medicine for cough and the dosage?

he is alright and development continues after birth. sonow he is alright. medicine recomanded are ok only fornasal drop iwill recomand normal saline nasal drop. yocan give medicineasand when it is requered. now should be under consultation of paediatrician. give medication by his advise. imunisation should be asper shcedule. mantain record.
