Suggest Treatment For Cough , Sore Throat And Fever

I developed a sore throat which lasted 2 days then got a low grade fever and a dry hacking cough, slight stuffy nose and general unwell feeling. This has been going on for about a week and I keep having coughing spasms and just feel generally unwell, my ? is should I go to the doc or wait this out if it is a virus?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Read and understood your history of sore throat, fever, dry hacking cough, stuffy nose and feeling unwell.
Even though this is virus or a bacterial infection you still have to consult a Doctor for clinical evaluation, investigations if needed and getting a proper treatment.
It looks that you need a combination of an Antibiotic, anti-tussive and anti-inflammatory medicines. Please get a proper prescription.
