Suggest Treatment For Cough With Phlegm

Yes, My symptons were sore throat, rough coughing, especially when lying down. I took Alka - Seltzer Plus cold&cough formula. My sore throat stopped being sore. I continued have the cough . With the cough came phlegm yellow looking muscus. I also would regergitate my food.

Thanks for your question on HCM. Yellow phlegm indicates infection. So I advice you to start antibiotic, flouroquinolone broad spectrum antibiotic should be started.
And regurgitation is not common. And can cause aspiration pneumonia. So better to consult ENT surgeon for regurgitation.
As if this is not treated properly, chances of infection will increase.
So start antibiotic and consult ENTsurgeon.
