Suggest Treatment For Cough With Yellow Phlegm

My 8-year old daughter has a cough with yellow phlegm and fever with 38.7C as her highest temp. I stopped giving her paracetamol since her temp subsided yesterday. But i still continue her carbocisteine (solmux pedia,5ml tid) and sultamicillin (unasyn,5ml tid). It has been 3-days that i have given her these meds. But her cough just get worse, she s been coughing from time to time and her fever is back. Should an x-ray be done to her? She has had x-ray last August when she was hospitalized due to bronchopneumonia and RTI. Will it be ok if i nebulize her with salbutamol (hivent, the only available med in my kit) while taking carbocisteine. Should i continue paracetamol (which i started last tuesday night, the start of her fever; then stopped on saturday). Thank you very much.

Hello

Please continue the paracetamol and meet your doctor immediately as she already has a history of bronchopneumonia and there is a high chance that she may be developing one more episode. I dont think you should nebulize her now , please dont delay and meet your doctor.

Thanks
