Suggest Treatment For Coughing And Chest Pressure Due To Thyroid Problems

my mom is in her 70 s, she recently visited her doctor and was told that she has Thyroid problem, on her left side has moved lower that causes her feeling pressed on her chest, she is often cough a lot too. I would like to know about the treatments, thank you very much and looking forward to hear from you.
