Suggest Treatment For Coughing With Chest Pain
i have had a horrible chesty cough for about ten days now. it hurts to breath and is a struggle. my chest is extremely tight and painful. i have had severe migraines and can hardly open my eyes sometimes and have been running a fever for the past 3 days.

I appreciate your concern as long as the cough is concern the underlying cause is matter and this need to be found out, mean while I would in fact suggest the following treatment as I would do in case of your doctor,
1) Tab Loratidine with pseudoephedrine three times in day
2) Tab ciprofloxacin 500mg twice in day
