Suggest Treatment For Coughs And Problems In Breathing

my husband had a chest scan that showed a mass in his esophagus so he had a scope they could barely get the scope through, mass is pushing on the esophagus not in it, so now another test to go in the esophagus then use a needle to go throu and get a biopsy. where could the mass be? What organ/ we are confused. He is having lots of problems breathing and coughs a lot. ( there has been blood as that is what brought us to the doctor.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
i appreciate your concern
Looking at history and symptoms it seems that there should be a mass in larynx or upper airway
I would like to know his age or history of smoking

symptoms you have mentioned are consistent with laryngeal carcinoma

you need not to worry until diagnosis confirmed.

Hope I have answered your question
thanks for using health care magic
take care
I find this answer helpful
