Suggest Treatment For Cracking Sound And Bulging In The Knee

hi I'm 18 ,am 5'3 and weight 155lbs.After doing 180 wall balls in twelve miutes.(wallballs: sort of like squats with a weight ball). Like two hours later i saw that when i bend my knee there is a bulge that appears next to my left patella on the left side.it doesnt hurt but doesnt let me bend my knee completely but does allow me to straighten out. My knee has been been cracking ever since walking around. what could this be?
