Suggest Treatment For Cracks On Penis

My penis started to split open with about 5 cracks all the way around it after me and my wife had sex . After a few days is got worse. We have tried yeast infection creams. They don t help. Now it hurts really bad to pull the foreskin back. I shower everyday so I know I keep it clean. Please tell me what I need to do.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to dryness and fungal infection. You should avoid soaps and irritants to wash the genital area and instead you can use saline or warm water. If you were my patient with such condition then I would recommend using ointments with combination of antifungal agents like miconazole, anti bacterial like neomycin and corticosteroid like betamethasone for local application.
