Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Bloating

Hi, I had sex with my boyfriend and he ejaculated in me July 17th. A week and a half later I was overly tired more than normal. I couldn t get enough sleep. I was always dehydrated, nauseated and recently felt small sharp pains in my pelvic area. I missed my period. I took a pregnancy test and was negative. The very next day August 13th I got my period. This was an abnormally painful and heavy flow. I normally have no cramps, normal bloating and flow. I no longer feel sharp pains and the flow is now normal but I still feel dehydrated, fatigued and nauseated. When I burp the nausea goes away but returns hours later sometimes minutes. I ve never been pregnant before. I see my doc in Sept should I wait?

Hi,

Noted your detailed history and understood the concerns.
Unprotected sex can cause pregnancy if was not in the safe period.
But since pregnancy test is negative and you have got periods may mean you need to see your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and thus relevant investigations to get hte cause of the symptoms of nausea, bloating and so on as you have noticed.
Request of relevant investigations and get started on symptomatic and supportive management.
PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacids for nausea.
Antispasmodic for cramps.
Further management as per the cause found.
