Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Fatigue After Taking Cyclopam

Is cyclopam okay during pregnancy? I feel like pregnant. Have my period due on 11th. Din t happen though was having feel of cramps, fatigue and other pregnancy symptom. On 20th from eveing i started having cramp again and it intensified by night with slight bleeding. On 21st since morning I was having severe cramp and took cyclopam. Bleeding is not like period only slight when wiping. Is it okay?
