Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Varicose Veins In The Legs

I stand on my feet 8 hours at a time 4 to 5 days a week for several years. I started out with leg cramps, Charlie horses a couple months ago, then burning aching behind my knees and now I am experiencing Charlie horses between my upper thigh and in the inner crease of my pubic area. I have varicose Veins in both legs. They are getting worse.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Prolonged standing is the cause for varicose veins.
And untreated varicose veins causes cramps.
So you should definitely consult vascular surgeon and get done clinical examination and doppler study of varicose veins tools know the severity.
You are should wear elasto bandage on the whole leg for entire day.
Leg elevation in bed during night is helpful in the relieving cramps.
Laser ablation surgery of varicose veins is also recommended if it is not controlled by bandage.
So consult vascular surgeon and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
