Suggest Treatment For Cramps In Legs And Hands

Am 68.Daily when sleeping getting cramps in legs both and often and it is painful too.During day times my fingers and hands too cramp.Also while yawning my jaws cramp.Few days back I noticed even my ribs cramp.please let me know what I should do.I always keep me mentally busy and to some extent physically.Thanks
