Suggest Treatment For Crawling Sensation In Ears

i have been suffering a crawling sensation in my ears as well as a blocked feeling. i also have terrible pressure behind my eyes and also a crawling sensation there too my skin is starting to get the crawling sensation also could there be some kind of bugs inside my head? i know it sounds crazy but thats the sensation, i saw a doctor about it and shejust said it was sinus pressure which no medications have helped with, what do you think could be the problem?

Facial pressure/congestion with nasal symptoms is one of the symptom in sinusitis.Crawling in ears with blockage could be due to post middle ear infection and fluid in the ear.An appointment with ent doctor to rule out the same is recommended
