Suggest Treatment For Creamy Red Vaginal Discharge

i am on depo and i went to use the pee and when i looked in the toliet my urine was yellow as normal but i had something slimy whitish red, small, and stringy go in the toilet too. I wiped my self with a baby wipe and i had a creamy red and white mix of thick fluid come from my vagina area.
