Suggest Treatment For Crusty Eyes And Blurred Vision

Hello, I am trying to find out what s going on with me,I have no medical and cannot afford a doctor visit. A few days ago I had what seemed like a cold and got better,the evening I was feeling better I was watching tv and had a horrible pain in my right ear,followed by 4 or so hrs of pain and dullness in hearing, I started to feel pressure in the area as well. My mothers friend is a nurse and she suggested I get a nasal decongestant and ibuprophren as she believed I may have a sinus infection, it s been about 4 days now and I have brown to solid cream color snot with drops of blood,and the pressure in the ear comes and goes. When I breathe out on occasion the taste is somewhat infectious (nasty tasting) I also have a dry cough, however the nasal passage that is on the side of the ear pressure is clear and I can breathe through it fine yet it feels like it s full of Mucas? I also have a very red eye that occurred yesterday on the opposite side of the head from the pressure, it does not hurt,itch or anything just want to be thorough,clear eyes did not take away the redness however yesterday my vision was a bit blurry in that eye and this morning when I awoke both eyes were a bit crusty around my eyelids, any suggestion to what this all may be or how to possibly treat it would be greatly appreciated, physically I feel great,and energetic have had no fever and rarely get sick this thing that is going on is mostly annoying and a bit painful.
