Suggest Treatment For Curvature In Spinal Cord Due To Limping

I have difference in my right leg and left leg, right leg height is 1 inch less than the left leg, which cause limping (my age is 30) due to this I suffer from back pain - (recently I went through ankle surgery for right leg - due to wear and tear of ankle , however now it is blended succefully after fusion of bones and no problem in leg) I am using new shoes from otto bock where they have increased the height - My question is due to reccuring back pain we took X-Ray after taking the X Ray Dr told that slight bend in the middle bone of the back (spinal card) this is due to limping and it will regain its position slowly since I am using now modified shoes - is it so ? If yes how long it will take to regain the posture? and minimise the back pain

My age is 30

height is 5.4 (163Cms)

weight is 61
