Suggest Treatment For Cut On Lips With Swollen Blisters

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I had a cut on the middle of my outside lip that started to get swollen blister like. I put a over the counter cold sore fever blister medicine on it and now it's a deep cut like blister it devolps a yellow scab but because it's on my lip it comes off easily. How can I heal it? I'm not even sure if it's a fever blister I've never gotten a cold sore before
