Got what amounts to a very bad paper cut on my penis... Top right where it starts to begin at the body... I would say about 2 milliliter deep and about a inch wide... Question... No longer bleeding, and I put Neosporen on it... Is that enough...? And can I go in a pool... It s been one day since it happened

Hello,

It is superficial injury and will heal spontaneously. You can apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin for faster recovery. Try to wear lose inner wear and avoid swimming in pools and contaminated water.
