Suggest Treatment For Cut On Vagina That Hurts While Having Sex

Hi, for a long time now it seems that whenever I wipe myself after peeing it stings & there is blood spots on the toilet paper. It almost seems like there is a cut on my vagina that just won't heal. It also hurts when I have sex. I have tried to be more gentle when I wipe but it just doesn't seem to work. Please help...
