Hi doctor, When ever I have sex with my partner my perenulam get small cut and start burning , I am been facing this problem from last 6 month, feeling scared while having sex , do we have any permanent solution to increase the thickness or any solution

Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM.
the reason why you are having problem is due to lack of lubrication during sex. That is causing more friction and leading to skin damage.
Youbneed to spend more time in foreplay so that your partner is adequately lubricated. Or you can use water based jelly or natural ingredient containing moisturizers for achieving smoothness and friction free.
